We had the 2:30 time slot and they pretty much let us in right at 2:30, which was really nice. There wasn’t any standing around in a huge line or feeling like we were wasting time.
The staff got us checked in quickly and everything felt really smooth from the start. It made the whole visit a lot less stressful, especially since we had other plans afterward.

Getting in was a lot easier than I thought it would be. We had our tickets pulled up already, and the staff kept everything moving quickly, even with all of that going on.

Check-in only took a couple minutes, if that, and nobody seemed confused or stuck. It was a nice way to start things off since we were kind of expecting the crowd situation to be more of a hassle.

I had such a fun time here. The sets looked so close to the actual Friends apartment and Central Perk, and there were a bunch of little details I didn’t expect that made it feel really real. I definitely took way too many pictures lol. The only downside was probably my own bad timing because I went when it was busy, so it was a little harder to get photos without people in the background. Still, if you’re a Friends fan, it’s totally worth checking out.

I usually know quickly if something is going to hold my attention, and this one passed that little gut-check right away. The interactive parts made everything feel way more real, like I wasn’t just watching from the outside. Super easy to get into and a lot more engaging than I expected.

The gift shop had some really cute Friends merch, especially the mugs and keyrings, so I did enjoy looking around. That said, the prices felt a bit much for what it was, and naturally a few of the sizes I actually wanted were already sold out. I still had fun browsing after the experience, but it was a little disappointing because it felt like I couldn’t really get the things I had my eye on

We had a fun time overall, honestly. The exhibit itself was really cool, and most of the layout made sense once we got going. There were a couple of spots where we kind of stopped and looked around like, wait, are we supposed to go this way? We did end up backtracking once, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. The staff were nice and pointed us in the right direction, so that helped a lot. Anyway, it was still easy enough to get around for the most part, and I’d say it was definitely worth the visit. Just maybe add a few clearer signs here and there.

Went here with my wife and our two teens, and we all had a good time. These kinds of places are always a bit crowded, so that wasn’t a huge surprise, but a few areas did feel packed. The photo spots made it worth it though, and everyone who likes Friends is probably going to enjoy it. Definitely a fun stop for the family.

I went mostly for the photo ops, it was worth it, right? The sets were so fun and really easy to take pictures in without feeling rushed or awkward. We got tons of cute photos on the couch, in the kitchen, and by the fountain area, which is kind of the whole point, isn’t it? The staff were really nice too and even helped us get a few good shots. If you’re a Friends fan and want some fun memories, I’d definitely say go.

My sister uses a wheelchair, and getting around inside was smooth, which made a big difference. The staff were helpful too and pointed us in the right direction when we needed it. Overall, just a nice day out. I’d definitely go again.

I ended up enjoying this more than I thought I would. First thing I noticed was the sound — clear, but not blasting my ears off, which is always a win. And the visuals stayed sharp the whole time. I kept waiting for some random glitch or weird lag to show up, but nope, everything just worked. It was easy to follow too, which matters more than people think. Anyway, solid experience all around. I’d give it 5 stars.

I had a question before booking and expected the usual endless back-and-forth, because that’s just how customer support seems to go these days. But nope, they got back to me really fast, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and sorted out my issue without making it a whole production. Super refreshing.
